My name is Riaan Louw, and I’ve been passionate about property investment and development since 2001. Over the years, I’ve built a substantial and well-diversified property portfolio, now valued at over R65 million. My experience spans both residential and commercial real estate, and every project I’ve undertaken has delivered solid, consistent returns.

Along the way, I’ve surrounded myself with a trusted network of professionals including landowners, builders, estate agents, architects, and more. This team, which I work with closely, brings decades of combined experience and a shared commitment to excellence.

In 2019, I completed my first development project in Sagewood Estate, Parklands, where I personally financed and delivered four successful residential units. That project was the starting point for Louwvliet Investments, a company I established to formalize my development efforts and scale future projects.
